Nonnas Slow Food Feast, October 9th 2019
Join us to celebrate all the wonderful local artisan produce found on our own door step, when we showcase the best that the North West has to offer. Our menu for the night will be sourced from within a twenty-mile radius of the restaurant!
Enjoy a five course Italian inspired menu, which will include our very own wood fired pizzas with an array of local ingredients. These will feature fantastic local suppliers such as Corndale Farm Chorizo & Salami, Dart Mountain Goats Cheese & Sperrin Blue Cheese, Grants Pork, White Oaks Organic Farm vegetables, Scarpello &Co sourdough breads and Broighter Gold rapeseed oils.
On the night local beers such as Northbound brewery, Dopey Dick, Rough Brothers and Redgate cider can be matched with each course.
Nonnas Wood Fired Pizzas pride ourselves on using only the best ingredients and artisan local suppliers, we always buy locally and seasonally when possible.
